Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days of confirmation. Remote locations can take a little longer — we'll tell you the expected window when you order.

Standard shipping on hearing aids is free across India. Any charge that applies to other items or express options is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

If your device needs an audiologist fitting, we coordinate it around your delivery — at your home or at a partner clinic near you, at a time that suits you. Your device isn't "delivered" until it's tuned to your hearing.

You'll receive updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email at every stage — confirmation, dispatch, and out-for-delivery. You can also check status any time from the Support page with your order number.

We serve customers pan-India — metros to smaller cities — through our logistics partners and a network of 1,500+ partner clinics. If a courier can't reach you, we'll find a clinic that can.

Occasionally weather, regional restrictions, or courier disruptions delay a delivery. If your order is affected we'll tell you proactively and give you a revised date — and if a delay is unreasonable, you can cancel undelivered items for a full refund.
