Warranty
Every hearing device you buy from earKART is covered by a full manufacturer warranty — and backed by our audiologist network for as long as you own it. Here's exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how to make a claim.
01What the warranty covers
Every TINY hearing aid includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. It covers defects in materials and workmanship — including faults in the receiver, digital processor, and rechargeable battery or charging system that arise in normal use.
Bluup and Bluup+ earplugs are covered against manufacturing defects for the period stated on their packaging.
02First-year insurance, included free
Your first year of ownership also includes complimentary insurance against accidental loss and damage — protection most sellers charge extra for. The insurer's terms apply; our team will share the certificate and help you file a claim if you ever need it.
03What the warranty does not cover
- Physical damage from drops, crushing, or misuse
- Water damage beyond the device's stated protection rating
- Repairs or opening of the device by anyone other than earKART or an authorised service centre
- Normal wear-and-tear consumables — domes, wax guards, tubes, and batteries in non-rechargeable models
- Lost or damaged accessories outside the insurance cover
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect how the device works
04How to make a claim
Contact our support team by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number or invoice and a short description of the problem. We'll diagnose the issue remotely where possible, or arrange service through our partner clinic network — 1,500+ clinics across India.
Approved claims are resolved by repair or replacement of the device or the affected part, at earKART's or the manufacturer's discretion. Repairs under warranty are free of charge, including parts and labour.
05Care that stays after the warranty
Warranty aside, your purchase includes ongoing audiologist support — adjustments, re-tuning, and cleaning guidance for as long as you own the device. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted transparently before any work begins.
