The Platform connects customers seeking hearing health check-ups and hearing aids with qualified audiologists and authorised partner clinics, and sells hearing devices and accessories directly.

Content on the Platform — including guides, articles, and the results of any screening test — is provided for information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Hearing screenings offered through the Platform are an initial assessment; always consult a qualified audiologist or physician about your hearing health.

You must be 18 or older (or use the Platform under a guardian's supervision) and provide accurate, current information when booking a test or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a price or description error affects your order we'll contact you with the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. EMI and financing options, where shown, are provided by third-party partners on their terms.

The earKART name, logo, product names, content, and design of the Platform are the property of Earkart Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including attempting to breach its security, scraping content, posting unlawful or misleading material, or infringing anyone's rights. We may suspend access for misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earkart Limited's liability arising from any order or use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the Platform; material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. For complaints or grievances about the Platform, contact our team via the Support page — we aim to acknowledge every grievance promptly and resolve it fairly.
