A. Standard Product Returns (Not Repairs)
1. Product is eligible for return/ replacement, in an unlikely event of defective/ Dead on Arrival [DOA- Product that failed to perform right out of the box], different/ wrong Product sold/delivered to end-user. [Note- In such events, please ensure that you unbox the hearing aid only in the presence of your Earkart authorized audiologist/ staff. The return/ replacement shall be raised and processed by the same Earkart audiologist/staff. The end-user is not required to raise a return/ replacement request or be responsible for returning the Product to Earkart in such event].
2. In events other than the one detailed in Clause 1, Product may be returned within fifteen  days of sale, by raising an online written request or by placing a request on call, for return/ replacement, with the valid invoice as a proof of purchase. 3. Use a shell or outer box, if necessary. Product must be returned in its original unopened packaging including all accessories, warranty card and manuals.
4. Product(s) must arrive at Earkart within five  working days of the acceptance of online written complaint and return/ replacement request submission.
5. Items received outside of stated timeframe or in unacceptable condition will not be credited and will be returned to reseller/ end-user at their own expense.
6. The Earkart reseller/ end-user is liable for the condition of the returned product.
7. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
8. If there is a problem or delay issuing credit, the tracking number must be provided to Earkart.
B. Products Earkart Will Not Accept for Return/ Replacement
1. Original box is opened, missing, damaged, or original box is defaced with writing or markings.
2. Product is missing packaging, invoice, warranty card, manuals, or other components.
3. Products not purchased from Earkart or authorized reseller of Earkart.
4. Online return/ replacement request raised after fifteen  working days.
5. Product received after five  days from Online return/ replacement request accepted by Earkart.
6. Special Order, custom configured, discontinued, or obsolete products.
7. Serial numbers do not match the referenced invoice.
8. Defective Product[s] older than fifteen  days shall be covered under warranty and not under this policy.
9. Product[s] damaged on transit. You must ensure using the services of insured and traceable shipping services for safe delivery of the Product[s]. Earkart shall not be liable for damaged or lost in transit Product[s].
C. Refunds (if applicable)
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/ debit card or original method of payment, within fifteen  working days from the receipt of the Product[s].
3. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items or items purchased under 1+1 offer cannot be refunded.
4. The refund/ replacement is subject to the receipt of your Product[s]. Non receipt of the Product[s] means there shall be no refund/ replacement.
D. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit/ debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Earkart Private Limited, A- 133, Ground Floor, Sector 63, Noida, UP, 201301, India.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3. Depending on your address and the availability of the Product[s], the time taken for the replaced Product[s] to reach you, may vary.
