Return/Replacement Policy

 

This Return & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Customers may return or request a replacement of products purchased from Earkart Limited (“Earkart”, “we”, “our”).

1. Product-Specific Return & Replacement Windows

1.1 Tiny Hearing Aid
1.1.1 Return/Replacement Period: Within ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.1.2 Eligibility: Product must be returned in a condition fit for resale, complete with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and valid proof of purchase.

1.2 Bluup & Bluup+ Noise Protection Earplugs
1.2.1 Return/Replacement Period: Within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2.2 Eligibility: For hygiene reasons, earplugs must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. Opened or used earplugs may only be returned if defective upon inspection.

2. General Conditions
2.1 All requests must be supported by a valid invoice/receipt.
2.2 Products showing misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repair, or alteration shall not qualify.
2.3 Approved returns must be shipped back within five (5) business days from approval; late arrivals will be rejected.
2.4 Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are ineligible.
2.5 Promotional items, consumables, or bundled accessories are not returnable unless defective at delivery.
2.6 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except where the return is due to a verified defect or an error by Earkart.

3. Process
3.1 Contact Earkart Customer Support via info@earkart.com or +91 9289097578 within the applicable return window.
3.2 Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
3.3 Securely package and ship the product to:

  3rd Floor, KRBL Building, C-32, Sector 62, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, India
3.4 Upon receipt, products will be inspected within five (5) business days. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.

4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds shall be made to the original method of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after approval.
4.2 Non-receipt of returned goods by Earkart shall void refund/replacement eligibility.
4.3 Discounted or promotional items (e.g., “Buy One Get One” offers) are non-refundable.

5. Statutory Rights
This Policy does not exclude or limit any statutory rights available to Customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
