Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which products purchased from Earkart Limited (“Earkart”, “we”, “our”) are covered for manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Periods
1.1 Tiny Hearing Aid
1.1.1 Covered for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
1.2 Bluup & Bluup+ Noise Protection Earplugs
1.2.1 Covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
2. Scope of Warranty
2.1 Warranty is limited strictly to manufacturing defects.
2.2 Warranty does NOT cover:
2.2.1 Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling.
2.2.2 Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification.
2.2.3 Normal wear and tear.
2.2.4 Consumables or accessories (batteries, tips, carrying cases, etc.) unless defective at delivery.
2.2.5 Transit damage due to inadequate packaging by the Customer.
3. Warranty Remedies
3.1 Earkart shall, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product.
3.2 Warranty service shall not extend, renew, or restart the original warranty period.
3.3 Consumables or discontinued models may be substituted with functionally equivalent alternatives.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
4.1 Contact Earkart Customer Support at info@earkart.com or +91 9289097578.
4.2 Provide proof of purchase, description of the defect, and any requested documentation.
4.3 Upon approval, obtain a Warranty Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
4.4 Ship the product securely to:

  3rd Floor, KRBL Building, C-32, Sector 62, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, India.
4.5 Inspection will be completed within five (5) business days, and the appropriate remedy applied.
5. Statutory Rights
This Warranty Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights and remedies available to Customers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
